Who Can Organize a Fundraising Campaign Any person or group can organize a fundraising campaign. The purpose of the campaign should be to help raise funds for a not-for-profit project or charity, or to offset the costs of team or group activities or the cost of an educational experience. Our products are not to be used to make money for personal profit.
How to Carry Out Your Fundraising Campaign
First: Begin with the end in mind! Determine how much your organization needs to make. To do this, multiply the amount of funds needed to raise by two, as your profit will be 50% on each item sold.
Second: Contact us and let us of the target size of order, size of your team, and timeline you are working under so we can ensure delivery and the freshest handcrafted products possible. We'll also be able to customize and send you the necessary fundraising order forms for your team.
Third: Kick off your fundraiser! As a leader, inspire your team to sell as they are the key to your project’s success. Remind all team members to collect moneys at the time of sale.
Fourth: Close the fundraiser. Collect all orders and payments from participants and total sales. Make check for 50% of funds collected to Sincerely Different LLC and place the official order.
Fifth: Delivery! Three weeks from close of sales, schedule your distribution meeting and we will deliver your product to you. Remember, the project leader has the responsibility of distributing products to Team members. Give your team one week to deliver all orders and follow up to see that all products have been delivered. Congratulations your fundraiser is now complete! Review the results and start planning for your next fundraising project with us!
